Another successful Camp Boundless event! This time we invited mixologist David Mor to unplug with us for a quick two hour Pop-Up Mixology event. David is the Beverage Manager at Cindy’s Rooftop, located in the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel.

David came equipped with a full bar, including all the ingredients and tools we needed to learn how to craft classic cocktails. His lesson plan included timeless classics such as: Corpse Reviver #2, Margarita, Daquiri, Whiskey Sour, Negroni, Aviation, & more.

He taught us how to measure, shake, stir, and pour the perfect cocktail. By the end of the Pop-Up everyone walked away with smiles on their faces.
